Death Summons Business Man

Harry Eulass Pagett, For Thirty-Two Years with
Dun & Co., Died Last Night at Hospital Here

Was Born at Hamilton

Most of His Life Had Been Lived in Keokuk Where He Was Well Known and
Highly Respected.

Harry Eulass Pagett, prominent business man of Keokuk, and who had been
connected with R. G. Dun & Co., for thirty-two years, died last evening at
St. Joseph's hospital after an illness of several months. He was a man of ability
and integrity, and one who was devoted to his family. His illness had extended
over a long period, but it was the hope of his family and friends that he would
recover. The end came, however, last night at 7:40 o'clock.

Mr. Pagett was born June 15, 1864, near Hamilton, Ill., but he had lived most of
his life in Keokuk. He was married October 8, 1890, to Lena Loeffler. He is
survived by his wife and three children, Lora M. and Robert D. of this city, and
Harry L., who is in training at the Rahe army motor mechanics school at Kansas
City. One brother, William Pagett, resides at Tacoma, Wash.

Mr. Pagett was connected with the firm of R. G. Dun & Co., for over thirty years.
He was a member of the Knights of Pythias and of the Royal Arcanum. His
church affiliations were with the Westminster Presbyterian church.
The sympathy of the entire community is extended the bereaved family.
Mr. Pagett was a man of ability and integrity, and in his business relations and
in his dealings with all, he practiced and lived up to the ideals of Christianity,
which he made a part of his daily life.

The funeral services will be held Wednesday at 4:3
0 o'clock from the residence 1027 Fulton street. Burial will be private.
